Can I join Wingman without a Career Blueprint?
No. Every letter is written from your own blueprint, so the blueprint comes first. You can add Wingman on the same order page as your Career Blueprint, and your letters begin once your blueprint is delivered.
Will anyone know I am looking?
No. Your Dream Team seat never shows your name, your employer or anything that could identify you, and nothing from your blueprint or your replies is ever shared. When a hiring leader asks about your seat, I speak to you before anything goes further.
What happens when I land a role?
Your Dream Team seat retires with your search and your letters follow you into the new role. Your subscription carries on unless you tell me otherwise, and if you start looking again, your seat comes straight back.
Do I have to answer the question in every letter?
Never. If you reply, the next letter is better for it. If you do not, nothing happens and nobody chases you.
Can I cancel?
Whenever you like, without a conversation about why.
